The quality of their resin casting is astounding. Virtually the entire upper superstructure, including the gun and gun shield, can be replaced with the K59 resin sets. Of course there is nothing wrong with the Tamiya part, that is until you see the K59 bits! The Tamiya upper hull was carefully trimmed with a fine razor saw, making way for the replacement resin parts. The resin K59 parts can be added mostly as per instructions, with a couple of exceptions. I wanted to show a hit on the front armour plate, so I drilled an appropriately sized hole in the part, scribed some crack lines, and literally snapped the part.

The post shade really makes the paint look worn and tired. Pastels applied heavily to the hull floor and sides. Paint chips added, as well as substantial paint wear. I also added some leftover radio cabling from fine solder. The basic Aber photo-etched fender. I used a sturdy metal ruler to bend the entire fender in one go.
